Minimum order. Delivered orders require a minimum of 1 full pallet (about 50 cases). Warehouse pickup has no minimum.
How freight is calculated. Freight is charged per pallet, based on the distance from our warehouse in City of Industry, CA to your delivery ZIP code:
A standard pallet holds about 50 cases; some beverages and cookies allow more. The rates above are estimates. Actual freight is quoted for each order from the final order and delivery address, and we confirm the final pallet count and freight charge in your revised order before you pay. Freight rates may change, and the rate in your revised order is final.
Service area. We deliver within the continental United States.
When orders ship. Payment comes first. We start preparing your order once payment is received, and most orders are ready within 1 business day. Delivery is scheduled as soon as the order is ready.
Delivery requirements. Delivery addresses should be commercial locations that can receive pallets. Residential delivery, liftgate service or appointment delivery may cost extra, and we will quote it in your revised order.
Pickup. 2225 Workman Mill Rd, City of Industry, CA 90601. Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, by appointment only. Once payment is received, pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we do our best to have them ready the same day.
Inspecting your delivery. Inspect your shipment before signing. Note any damage or shortage on the BOL and send us photos within 48 hours.
