With hands-on experience in U.S. import operations, logistics, and regulatory compliance, we ensure products move efficiently from origin to shelf—reducing friction and execution risk.

Our Wholesale Partnership Model

At Ultra Flavor Trading Inc., we operate strictly as an importer and wholesale distributor. Our business is 100% B2B and focused exclusively on serving retailers, distributors, and wholesale partners.

To maintain operational efficiency, pricing advantages, and supply consistency, we ship by the pallet. Pallet-based shipping is the most cost-effective and efficient solution for both our partners and our operations.

Orders may include mixed products. While building a full pallet is recommended to minimize freight costs, it is not required. Regardless of pallet utilization, all shipments are arranged and delivered on a pallet basis, allowing us to maintain consistent logistics, predictable pricing, and reliable fulfillment.

Our team is available to help optimize product selection to get as close to a full pallet as possible—helping reduce shipping costs while maximizing value.

For qualified new wholesale partners, trial orders are available. To support first-time cooperation, we offer a $100 flat shipping support on the initial order to help offset logistics costs and simplify onboarding.


Shipping support applies to the first order only and is subject to qualification.

We do not sell retail, break cases, or offer dropshipping. Our focus is on long-term wholesale partnerships built around volume, efficiency, and dependable supply.

    Step 1 — Request Catalog & Build Your Order Contact us to request our product catalog and let us know which items you’re interested in. Our team will assist with product selection and help you build an optimized wholesale order based on pallet requirements, pricing, and availability. Once the product mix is finalized, we’ll confirm quantities and prepare the order for the next step.

    Step 2 — Freight Quote & Payment After the order is confirmed, we will provide a freight quote based on delivery location and pallet count. Once approved, payment can be completed via credit card, Zelle, Venmo, ACH, or check. Please note that our pricing does not include freight, and all orders follow a payment-before-shipment policy. Upon payment confirmation, your order will move into fulfillment.

    Step 3 — Fulfillment, Delivery & Support Orders are prepared within one business day and scheduled for pickup or delivery the same day or the following business day. We work with trusted trucking partners and will provide shipment details and tracking information once dispatched. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Any loss or damage during transit is fully covered by us. After delivery, once the order is received and confirmed, the transaction is complete. If any issues arise, our team will actively assist until resolved.
